I understand and agree to receive hair and/or makeup services from Janey David. By booking an appointment, I automatically provide my consent for these services and confirm that I have supplied accurate information regarding my health and any potential allergies.

Cancellation & payment policies

I have read and understand the cancellation and payment policies of Hair & Makeup by Janey. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be required, which will be deducted from the total cost of services on the day of the appointment. A valid credit card must be kept on file and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled services in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Late fees may also be applied at the discretion of the service provider.
